Shaping the Future: National Apprenticeship Week 2025

At Clark Electrical & General, we take pride in shaping the future of our industry, and National Apprenticeship Week 2025 was the perfect time to celebrate the dedication, hard work, and growth of our apprentices. We are shining a spotlight on Evan, Tom, Cody, and Max – our four promising individuals who are proving every day that the future of our trade is in great hands.🙌🏼

Investing in the next generation.

Apprenticeships are at the heart of our company’s commitment to excellence. By combining hands-on experience with classroom learning, our apprentices are gaining the technical skills and problem-solving abilities they need to excel in the field with a weekly split on 1 day in college and 4 days working with our skilled team. From installing new systems to troubleshooting complex electrical issues, they’re learning first-hand what it takes to uphold the high standards we set at Clark Electrical & General.

The Importance of Apprenticeships
Skilled trades are the backbone of our industry, and investing in apprenticeships ensures that knowledge and expertise are passed down to the next generation. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, we’re not just building careers—we’re building a stronger, more skilled workforce.

As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, we want to extend our gratitude to Evan, Tom, Cody, and Max for their dedication and hard work. Their efforts don’t go unnoticed, and we’re excited to see them continue to grow and excel in their careers.
