Perhaps traveling over 4,000 miles around the country isn’t at the top of your list but for us, it is. This customer needed full site drawings produced for 26 of their UK sites, luckily, we know a guy.
Having taken 7,353 reference photos across our 26 site surveys, we made sure we collected all the information required to create informative site drawings. Noting everything from data point locations to the number of leaves on the trees in the car park.
Proper drawings help avoid delays and confusion in the development and management of the sites. High-quality drawings with the correct level of detail are essential to give any project the best chance of running smoothly.
Future Expansion – Site drawings help in estimating construction costs more precisely, including things like quantifying materials, labour, and equipment requirements for projects.

After spending 157 days drawing a combined total of 3.4million sq. ft of landscape, warehouse, and offices across the sites, we produced some fantastic drawings.
We were also able to advise our client on the general condition of each site along with repair works and improvements that Clark EG can assist with in the future.
